* Homeowners who had a pre-upgrade assessment by exp.(formerly Enerplan), may schedule their post-upgrade assessment with any of the service providers above.
Are you building new?
New homes must receive a rating of at least EnerGuide 83, or meet all requirements of the Energy Efficiency Specifications before they can become eligible for a grant or bonus under the New Homes Program.
