The Industrial Program employs a custom approach to acknowledge that one size does not fit all with respect to Industry. Efficiency NB aims to deliver the Industrial Program by building lasting relationships with Industry.
The Large Industrial Program is based on three streams of activities: Project Pipeline, Energy Management Information Systems (EMIS), and Capacity Building.

Industry Eligibility
The Program is generally open to organizations that operate an industrial facility in New Brunswick that have a minimum average electrical load of 2MW and meet all of the Facility Eligibility Criteria laid out in the Program Guide.

Eligible Projects
Projects are generally considered for eligibility if they result in the following types of benefits:
- Measurable, sustainable energy efficiency or fuel substitution performance improvement;
- Reduced energy intensity;
- Decreased greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions;
- Enhanced availability and communication of energy management information;
- Demonstration of results of energy savings projects;

Financial Incentives
Efficiency NB provides financial incentives to assist Industry in identifing and developing business cases for single or multiple projects and purchasing and installing equipment to measure and verify savings from the implementation of eligible projects. Program & Time Frame
The current Program will run until March 31, 2012, and is available to all qualifying industries on a first-come, first-served basis. More specifically, requests for participation in the Program will be considered as they are received, and approval and allocation of qualified incentive funds for Projects identified by Industry will occur on a first-come, first-served basis.
