The following documents will assist EMSPs in meeting Efficiency NB's requirements for a commercial building energy audit:

• Energy Smart Program Audit Guidelines: Energy audit guidelines include steps on data collection, site visits, establishing the energy balance, identifying energy efficiency measures, producing the report and communicating findings.
  

• Energy Smart Incentive Application form (MUST be submitted after the completion of the site visit)
  

• Energy Smart Audit Submittal Checklist (MUST be submitted with the Energy Audit to Efficiency NB)
  

• EMSP Technical Review Checklist (MUST be submitted with the Energy Audit to Efficiency NB)
  

• Energy Smart Summary Report Form (MUST be submitted with the Energy Audit to Efficiency NB)
